• A credit Decision in 10-days or less
  Our professionals will give you a written commitment letter within 10-business days or less.  This will streamline the process by having them work hand in hand with your Weichert, Realtors® First Residential Realtor.

• Platinum Premier Guarantee
  Our Platinum Premier Guarantee is available to buyers that elect to use The Funding Source package of mortgage financing, and title insurance.  The performance guarantee ensures a timely closing based on your contract of sale.  The Funding Source backs up their delivery commitment with a performance guarantee so you can confidently move ahead with your moving plans on time!

• Platinum Premier Services Coordinators
  Weichert, Realtors® First Residential Group has professional Platinum Premier Coordinators who will work hand in hand with the Funding Source Platinum Premier Loan Officers.  They will also work with you to assist you with your move-related and home ownership needs through The Funding Source

• Home Protection Plan
